I want to know its theme in little detail. would you please explain me. I've read it till that point where the hero get married with other girl and leave his college gf alone and goes to another city, for controlling his family business of Qaleen or carpet. What happens later.

The theme is basically distinguishing between Halal and Haram Rizq. Rizq not only include what we consume but our relationships (marriage, etc) also covered under Rizq. The hero Qayyum didn't leave Seemi (college girl) but marries Roshan ( a girl from androon e Lahore) after Seemi dies.
Qayyum marries Roshan after his sister-in-law (Solat Bhabhi) tells him that 'Bakira (kanwari) ladki ek hi waqt main man aur tunn apne shoar ke hawale karti hai', but later Qayyum finds out that Roshan was involved with someone else and she requests him to divorce her. He later divorces her and arranges for her marriage with the guy she was involved, as he came to know that Roshan respects him but not loves him.

yes seemi dies in between the novel and every person including the hero, who had illegitimate relationship with Seemi are portrayed as gidh, because she was died inside after her failure in love with Aftab.
Raja Gidh refers to the representatives of gidh (vultures) in the conference of animals and birds. The book have two plots, one related to human and the other is about animals

I read the last couple of pages, where it was written that the hero (I don't remember the name, whether he was Aftab or Qayyum), but the one who leaves the Heroine and get married with other girl, has a son, who is little Abnormal. Was it the end?

Aftab was Seemis love and due to his betrayal she dies and that was the end when Qayyum meets Aftab with his mentally disable son ( who was capable of some things which can't be explained).
The book is worth reading in totality specially the discussion on halal o haram in animals conference

Its so irritating, there are missings i think.
Nowhere, it is mentioned that how Seemi was died? the last sentence about Seemi is written till page 180 that when Qayoom goes to Radio Station to Saeed, where he gives his script to Seemi and Professor Sohail also sitting there. And after few pages, it is written that Seemi death was a big incident? How she died? Before this, it was written that "1 modern lerki jo apne aap per tail charakne k lye tayar khari he?" But it also doesn't indicate that how she did, because after this line, it is written that she went to Mazaar and where she cleans her nose and meet with Qayoom, who tells her that i was following you?
The point is that how she died?
Secondly, Who is abida, the wife of Waheed? There is no introduction of her, so far?

lols Abida part is most controversial in the novel and rivals of Bano Qudsia and Ashfaq Ahmed use such characters to blame that they were writing modern form of Kok Shahstra. The character is defined in her conversations with Qayyum in night with moong phali ka lifafa :p

lols, I don't know whether you got incomplete book or what, but the character of Abida is well defined. A girl from village (who came to stay at Qayyum's brother home due to some distant relationship with Saulat Bhabhi). She was mentally disturbed due to her husband's giving more attention to his Mom and therefore she called language for him 'Maa ka yaar'. Hopefully, you understand the next woman in Qayyum's life Amtal :D
