Tell them life in UK is good: healthy food, clean water, no worries, power is available 24/7... thats why unlike paki people you don't look malnourished.
You can also Ignore the Ignorant.. and always keep the Spanish version of Harry potter handy.... whenever they start discussing you, take the book out and pretend that you have zoned out from your surroundings.... they will babble, babble, babble and then will drop the subject.
