any romantic ideas ?

so im going to see my husband after about 6 months, been a long long time, and i ve really missed him. i am thinking of buying him 5/6 different gifts and surprising him with them on different days with little love u notes, so for eg i will give him one when i get there and then the next day i will leave one in our room for him, and then when he gets home from work have one waitrin for him on the dresser, then maybe hide one in his cupboard for him to ‘accidently’ find…u see what i mean ?

i think its a nice romantic idea if i do say so myself, but i have ran out of ideas of what i could give him, this is what i have though of so far

  1. men’s trimmer, a good philips one ive seen 4 in 1 type.
  2. a t -shirt
  3. maybe a sweatshirt
  4. boxers gift set
  5. then i dont know???

what do u guys think ? anybody got a more romantic/better idea ? i want to do something really special for him. or ideas for different gifts ?

Re: any romantic ideas ?

A nice watch or cologne perhaps?

Re: any romantic ideas ?

Get naked...lol...that shud be enuff.

Re: any romantic ideas ?

^ he said it all...lol

Re: any romantic ideas ?

Something engraved, like a nice pen or a pair of cufflinks? Does he like computer games and stuff like dvds, cds etc? It might not seem like a particularly romantic present but he'll love it for sure :D

Re: any romantic ideas ?

Be there for him, go for a walk and share thoughts and memories together and plan the future. Gifts can be given any day. Time well spent (other then sex) is what makes the bond stronger. Try to understand him and in turn help him understand you. so both of you can Live a happy and healthy life.

Go to a park for a picnic. or drive somewhere out of town for a nice meal.

Re: any romantic ideas ?

There are nice little pillows available with pockets in them where you can hide a little luv note or a gift too. That can be an idea. You can write of some time or particular incident when you missed him a lot or liked his response/reaction to a particular thing....smth like that.

Leaving things for him as a surprize is a nice idea, esp. if he likes surprizes, most ppl do. You can make some simple card/love note on computer and hide in the wardrobe or kitchen cabinet or places liek that where he opens a finds those little luv notes :) Depending on how much surprixzes he can take, you cna show up at the airport with some little surprize ;)

Re: any romantic ideas ?

Are you Muslim?

Does this have ANYTHING to do with a Muslim?

You stayed away from your husband for 6months :o?

Ever considered theres a law of 3-4 months apart maximum or....?

trimmer-shave..we'll Im out of it. Your username is deceptive.

I see now. This simply doesnt concern me or my lot.

Re: any romantic ideas ?

just spend timewith n b tehre 4 him
make him feel special

Re: any romantic ideas ?

yes i am muslim and of course it does, its all for pleasing my husband and increasing the love between us for the sake of Allah, i dont know if theres a law, ands it personal business of why this time was spent apart.

Re: any romantic ideas ?

thanks for the others for your suggestions, i think i mite go for something ewngraved, i never thought of that before!

Re: any romantic ideas ?

Presents won't matter to him...just the time you spend with him. So don't just go and think that material goods instead of yourself is going to make him happy/happier.

Re: any romantic ideas ?

The very best thing I can think of is a "flower bed"...that is just the lovliest thing I think I've ever seen. Keep him away all day. Have a smashing dinner prepared and get yourself all pretty. Have the flower bed prepared so that after dinner you can have a tea party in your flowers!

Re: any romantic ideas ?

Make dinner/ lunch ur self.... his fav dishes
Gift him what he needs n what he likes
Clothes are always a safe gift, some expensive shirt or tie or jacket or sweater
A good pen with his name engraved on it ( Mont blanc offers this service)
A good Wallet, Dunhill makes good ones
Perfume/aftershaves/Deo sets
flowers

As he would be seeing u after a long time, a little change in ur over all look would also be good, have a different hair cut or go for soft waves or change in hair colour, any thing.

Re: any romantic ideas ?

men do not care for flowers..or atleast most men dont..

Re: any romantic ideas ?

I think they do, at least mine loves

Re: any romantic ideas ?

awww how cute! I have never met a man who cares for flowers :(

But the flower bed idea sounds awesome, imagining it with lots of fragrant flowers yummmm
