I am interested to know if any renowned Islamic scholar or mufti has issued a fatwa on the recent beheadings?

Darn! One more MAToo looking for a chopping excuse!
Sadiqaan, What do you think Islam says about it? What does common sense tells you? Is killing of innocnets allowed in Islam? I will not even go into the barbaric way they are killing these people....just think and ask yourself...Is that what isalm teaches us?
Ant man, give it a rest...maybe he was looking to see if any of the islamic muftis had the courgae to condemn these barabric acts.
you guys seem to be attacking one of your own…any how, ever wonder how the executions were carried out during the time of rasul :saw: ???
Thandayy bhaijaan, the biggest difference is people exectued in time of prophet:saw: were tried and convicted, here innocents are being butchered, for God’s sake do not compare the times of :saw: with these inhumane actions.
Kaleem, I know very well from my very basic understanding of Quran what these beheadings are. I think antiobl and yourself also understand.
But I am interested in what the Islamic leaders, muftis and mullahs have to say on these events. They are quick to issue fatwas on many many issues but none when Muslims are the agressors.
I have only been able to find this horrible example of justification and blame displacement by some “Mufti”. He deson’t even bother providing rulings from Islamic law to justfiy his position but instead uses emotion, the very thing he is warning against.
yes.. copy only the executions of that era.. where’s the social justice of that period? where’s the piety of leaders? where’s the brotherhood? where’s the sacrifice?
bus mar kutayee dangay fasaad takhreeb kaaree khoon kharabay kay liyay mazhab yaad aa jaata hay ![]()
i dont even recall a single instance of beheading done in the period of the prophet (saw)…
if u do, please share with us to help improve our knowledge…

well do you know what happened to the people of bani quraiza? they were executed in numbers of 10 and their heads were chopped off. however yes i do not agree with all of today's beheadings, most of them do not do justice as some people were not fighting islam when they were captured. i ask allah to guide those who are fighting on his way. ameen.
Volume 5, Book 59, Number 447:
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
The people of (Banu) Quraiza agreed to accept the verdict of Sad bin Mu'adh. So the Prophet sent for Sad, and the latter came (riding) a donkey and when he approached the Mosque, the Prophet said to the Ansar, "Get up for your chief or for the best among you." Then the Prophet said (to Sad)." These (i.e. Banu Quraiza) have agreed to accept your verdict." Sad said, "Kill their (men) warriors and take their offspring as captives, "On that the Prophet said, "You have judged according to Allah's Judgment," or said, "according to the King's judgment."
Mr. ThandayMazaq,
Where in the Hadith you quoted, The Holy Prophet ordered to behead the people of Bane Quraiza. They were punished for their treason and were killed. and Let me tell you one more thing, Bane Quraiza were offered to either choose Holy Prophet or somebody else as a judge. And they out of their imaginary fear of Holy Prophet, choose Hazrat Saad bin Mua'ad as a judge because he used to be a very high caliber Jew scholar before accepting Islam. Bane Quraiza thought that Hazrat Saad would issue a less severe judgement against them. But Hazrat Saad issued his judgement based on the laws mentioned in Bible and issued the death sentence. Now there is no historical evidence that while killing the people belonging to Bane Quraiza, there heads were severed from their bodies and shown to other people.

No one can argue with MAToos and their supporters of beheadings. These cowards beheaded unarmed Pakistanis.
May Allah burn these MAToos for their crimes.

FYI beheading is the default method of death penalty in Islam. Then again, you probably dont think the death penalty is right. Anything to jump on the bandwagon eh?

You won't find anything Bud! MAToos can never repent and never stop beheading innocent civilians. These namak-ha***s fear from the armed soldiers so they always avoid Mardana (manly) fight. These little bibis (women) will hide behind trees, other women and children. For sure MAToos have perfected the art of using human shields.

And only Be-Ghairat MAToos advocate beheading unarmed civilians. The same Be-Ghairats who mutilated dead bodies of Pak-soldiers.

Well if that's the case, then I'm looking forward the upcoming beheadings of the Al Qaeda terrorist scumbags convicted today in Yemen.

But muslim terrorists do and the mufits, mullahs and imams remain silent and in many cases supportive of it.
Silence is a signal for many to continue these unislamic acts. I wait for a fatwa against such acts. I wait in vain.
