^ dude the law basically means that u can't be sexually active b4 age of 16 IF you r not married and marriage is allowed at the age of 14 and then obviously you can do watever u want :)

Yeah, but then that contradicts the the law. Why, its alright for a girl to have sex when shes 14 if she is married. Right, its illegal to have sex outside of marriage regardless of the age of the girl, so who does the that law apply to? its a contradiction, it should be. You a girl can marry at the age of 16, not 14. If its 14 the husband of this girl has to wait for two years until he can have sex with her, which doesn’t make any sense at all. What is he supposed to do for two years look at her face?
Why allow the marriage in the first place. The law is wrong someone did not think it through correctly. Its a old law.

In Pakistan, there was this Sindhi woman who used to come to our house to get some old clothes, shoes etc. She got her 11 year daughter married. She didn’t even have periods started yet 
The guy was 32 year old already married with 2 kids. We all got so mentally disturbed when we found out.
I don’t understand why Jahil people like this have kids the first place, when you can’t handle them and give them away to suffer.

I agree marriage before 16 should be completely banned in Pakistan. If government does that, lot of Jahils will rise up against it.

Well stomp, he can marry her, but the rukhsati (i.e., "real" marriage) won't take place for a few yrs..
My dadi was 12 when she married my dada, but she wud sleep with her saas and they didnt have their first kid til she was 16 or so.. this was in 1930s India, things r different now, i.e., its not the norm, but it still happens im sure..

this disguuiting thing does happed....bout 5-6 months back i saw this programm on ARY bout homeless kids....and they themselves admittdd to doing it with other kids....but mostly they accused the policemen.!!!!

^ That is because a kid hardly knows what is going on. Infact if the crime, as I would call it, is commited by a trusted member of the family, extended family whom the kid looks up to he/she won't be able to question the perpetrator himself at first, leave alone go and tell someone else about it. It is upto the other, sane adults around the child to keep a watch on her and whom she hangs around with.

all the desi guys i have come in contact with would never admit to these things and these things are just 'topi drama' according to one of them.
