Have you ever made a first move on a guy as far as letting him know you are interested? I basically feel like a pervert when I give a hint of interest. What about rejection, how do you put that on the side to build some confidence in yourself?

well how is this rejection? rejection is when u get dumped after being with someone for years and they know u inside out. When u make the move, the guy does not know enough abt who u actually are to reject u...i mean what can u find abt a person in just couple of meetings..
also take rejection as something lacking in the person who rejected u not in urself. Its him, not u. It is his loss as he prolly lost someone who'd care for him. And ofcourse ud surely deserve someone better, who can actually appreciate u.

well saddzz this is human nature....we want to be liked and loved by everyone....so ofcourse when someone doesnt recpirocate our advances..it does hurt a lil bit..thats just natural..but its very imp. not to have this hurt overwhelm us...it should just be like a small pinch..forgotten in a sec :)
cuz IMO this whole thing of asking people out is a test of compatbility..if the other side doesnt share the same sentiment of trust and compatiblity towards u like u do towards them, it doesnt mean there is sthing wrong with u. Prolly there is nothing wrong with the other side either, it is just that u both are different and just dint "click".
So this is a tiring game, and u play it until u do find someone with which u "click"....so there is no such thing as rejection in this case...

how would u take rejection from a person you have known for awhile? cus most of the time, i doubt girls will confess to somenoe they dont know.. i think we work slightly different from guys... not a generalisation.. but just from what you've said... whereas i think girls usually wait awhile before they say or do anything...
