Since 1947, pakistan has been at war with India at least four times and was disintegrated in 1971. It has had four rounds of baloch insurgencies. Karachi is burning along linguistic lines. Punjabies get murdered in balochistan. Sectarian violence is another example of a stable pakistan. Pukhtuns IDPs are not welcome in Punjab and sindh.

by stable Pakistan I mean a governance, one government over full Pakistan. Yes there were tough times but there is still one government. You can’t compare Afghanistan of 1985-1993 with Pakistan, no way unless you take a microscope and find problems.
