the former is a campaign against the domination of one elite from one province over the others..and the latter is a racist campaign for whatever reasons..

If you’re anti Punjabi but not anti Punkab, it simply means you want to drive them out and take their land

somewhat like what palestines say Israel does to them and Israel says Arabs do to them
