Zafra I did read that part. Here is the whole story
- This gentleman was allegedly drunk and extracting money from passersby - per the links
- Police confronted him - probably asking him to stop
- he probably refused - I am filling in the blanks
- scuffle ensued. He was going to be arrested for PUBLIC NUISANCE.
- He shouted Pakistan Zindabad Narendra Modi mu… bad in same sentence
- so sedition charges were ordered to be added by officials
Now comes the important point
Authorities have.given instructions to strictly follow the law. In other words, if any charges are inappropriate they will hopefully be dropped. Just as they correctly were in the Kashmir student incident.
I would suggest waiting and seeing what happens. Fair enough?
