I am a South Indian, and when did I say Bollywood represents India or North India per se. Paksitanis themselves claim to be descendants of Afghan/Central Asian/Middle East origins. Now you can 2 + 2 together and come to a logical explanation. My apologies if my post meant to show any disrespect.
Pakistanis ARE Afghans, there's no claim about it, some Pakistanis are from the Middle East, no doubts, some Pakistanis are from other regions..It's Indians that claim to be 72% Aryan..:D
I will my little Veddoided friend.. Let me get this straight you think that the features of Bollywood actors and actresses are a reasonably accurate representation of North Indians? Correct.?
1-When you south indians say afghan--its actually puhtoons/pathans-- they are nor sons of pashtoons---they are pushtoons---both from mother and father side about 26th of pakistan population(i think).
2-then their some people who have same casts as indian too for example jatt---- jatt in india are not consider local people by their race-- you consider them invader form long time ago---how come when they are in india they are not children of rape victums---but when they are in pakistan the are???
3-Only south indian people say that pakistanis wanna be centrel asians(mughels)
Well mughesl do live in pakistan as a cast.
So your veiw of pakistan is very very distant like from mars or some thing.
So Mr form south ----you never owen harapa/manjo daro/texla
RR just uses some big words lik anthropological to make it look like he is interested in a scientific discussion. All you want is to make it look like having light eyes and light skin (which they claim only Pakistanis have) is somehow better than dark eyes and dark skin. Bloody hypocrites.

Believe it!!!!!!!
Tell that to your fallow indians too.
Your logic is as flawed as your spelling and grammar.
Ghori was an Afghan - Yes/No
Afghans invaded India - Yes/No
Low-caste Hindus were converted to Islam at knife-point. They were considered as Muslims who wanted Pakistan.
So Pakistan has converted Muslims as its citizens.
That is the history in a very succint and black and white manner.
Beginning in the 11th century, Islam entered the Indian subcontinent and its influence expanded under the rule of the Muslim Mughal empire. Mughal leaders did not traditionally impose their beliefs on the Hindu population. During this period, many low-caste Hindus converted to Islam in order to escape cultural, political, and economic discrimination by high-case Hindus.
Dont you think that 250 actors (and 250 more actresses?) should be at least representative of the people around whom their movies are based on?
Why doesn't the Chinese film industry resort to doing Michael Jacksons makeovers on its actors and actresses like Bollywood? They seem to have brown eyed Chinese looking actresses, make quite good movies, without having to resort to sticking on fake coloured contact lenses. Why is that?
Perhaps there’s something missing, but your quote says that persecution by high caste Hindus caused low caste Hindus in India to convert to Islam. I’d agree with that..

To bring a caste perspective to the discussion, which is actually out of scope of this conversation.
