Another Water Kit from Karachi's Engineer

Another Pakistani mechanical engineer** Mohammad Qamar Khan** claimed running his car on water for last six months. Reported by Express News, Mohammad Qamar Khan is working on his project for last one and half year. He imported various equipments from On 1st August 2012 China and Malaysia and made converted his car to use water instead of fuel.

this is second kit of 2012. First was from a rich old man who drove a limousine and fradudingneer agha waqar is the third person.
