Broke out the running shoes in honor of NATIONAL limping day. 3 miles jog walk. Still some pain. Saw Hunt bicycling furiously - but he was moving like Anshuman Gaekwad.

Yesterday also walked 1.5 mikes. And one hr lazy stationary bike. Today 1.5h lunch walk wts in evening some yard work and may do 1h stationary bike.to boot.Lost 1 pct.wt over blast 2 weeks

Didn’t go to gym two days this week and one day felt sick, couldn’t do much workout.
Hopefully, better workout next week, fingers crossed.

Finally went to physical therapy. Lots of stretching exercises. No running till pain goes away. But lot of yard work walking stretching. Losing weight vajan slowly but surely.

Im thinking of increasing my walking session from 1 hour to 2 hours…is it a good idea? 1 hour in the morn and 1 hour in the eve. With 1.5 incline and speed 4.5…and I always wear my sweat bodysuit thingy.

I don’t see an issue increasing for 1 to hours the walking duration. That you are doing in this in two sessions would help. I personally like to increase a bit more gradually. And get to two hours in say a couple of weeks.
4.5 miles per hour or one mile in 13.5 min. That is very good for walking. I have never done an incline in treadmill. Can’t comment on that. I hear that queer guy knows a thing or two about running and fitness.

@hareem01 yes you can definitely increase the ‘time’.
John Goodman’s workout looked so similar to this spilt in 2 sessions, and he has lost a lot of weight, keep up the good work :slight_smile:

Ps: I was sick again all last week, it’s definitely fatigue keeps making me collapse :frowning: today was 1st day back to some intense cardio - I did push-ups along with the usual planks. Woohoo

Hi RG,

I couldn’t keep up with the routine of one hour in the morn and one hour in the eve…it was too tiring. But I have gradually started to increase my eve walk…so now instead of 60 minutes I do 65 minutes. But I guess Ramadan will change it to only 30 minutes a day. Anyway…feel better soon.

I have been eating a lot , since Friday till Monday ,feeling guilty. :frowning:

Going to drink a lot of water tomorrow to clean the system before I start fasting.
