^ that is great progress. Jumped from 1 to 1.5h cardio.
After a week of doing nothing, on Tuesday, walked 0.75 miles from one terminal to another in Min/st Paul airport with laptop in tow.
Walked / jogged 3.5 miles approx sight seeing in Chicago Tuesday evening.
Today, plan to do some running and wts in hotel gym.

With little kids n running the house I cannot afford more than 90 mins for myself to take out, I have the endurance to go more but that’s the max where I keep it for now. sometimes I get embarrassed of the length of my workouts but It is what it is :halo:
Your week is looking interesting and fun My husband and I loved trekking thru the terminals back in the day; now we actually dread it in fear of losing a kid or two

Nope proper cricket ground. Last I checked I ran around 1.5 miles on the cricket field during 2 games of 10/10

90 min at a time is plenty long. You can get same effete of a 120 min workout if u squeeze in 30 MIN later in the day.
Yes airport is good place to get workout. But that was not out of choice. Had to get from one terminal to another.
Re: Another new season, another clean slate, hope springs eternal
3k run last night in under 30
40 min or cardio during lunch time today.
End of Feb is fast approaching. I have to hit this month goal so given that begum skips her gym tonight, I might go for 3 k run (or walk again)
