The systematic cleansing of Kashmir pundits from their lands clearly indicates that its the latter. Had it been a "true" freedom struggle, Kashmiri Hindus would also have been part of it.

Ananadan it aint no 'another islamic strugle for more and new lands?'. Kashmiri Muslims have lived in THEIR land for hundreds of years. It is a struggle to reclaim their land and win back their rights and liberties that have been so flagrantly denied by the bharti junta.

When Kashmiris are stomping on your flag (as it deserves), are they also chanting Islamic slogans? Mostly they hurl insults against their occupiers and chant freedom:)

If it was upto Indians, they would send all the muslim kashmiris to Pakistan and takeover whole Kashmir. Kashmir “the land” is their only target not the people and hence the mistreatment of poor Kashmiris.
