wel Aisha i was having the anemia problem as wel but my doctor recommende me to take juice of carrot n beetroot half glass each mixed togather twice daily .............it helped me alot!

I had aneamia, was treated with ferrous sulfate, had it for 3 months then tappered off...... BUT I was ONLY suggested by the DR. & after a blood test.
Other than that its good to take, 'Spa Tone' these are iron liquid in sachets, Iron poured into a juice or water. One a day for a month, and will prevent yourself from becoming aneamic.

^^ wow wargirl. how did it taste having used these iron tabs in juice and were u feeling much better,less paler? - and are they available from chemist or only H&B?were they recommended by ur Doc & were there any nasty side affects?

Iron stores take a LONG time to build up...hence the reason you have to have it for 2 months.

Spa tone available from H&B only take one sachet in the morning with juice. It tastes slightly like metalic-ish if best described.
If needed, should take it, im not pale anymore, its works fast and its effective, and the best thing is it NATURAL ! NO SIDE EFFECTS AT ALL
Just take it like medicine..:)
