You may forgot but i remember that when i was new to this forum and not know much about the useage of forum particularly how to "quote" in the post , you give me a pretty long message about to useage the forum.....So , i am personally thankful to you and i will always be happy to reply your post and solve your problem, if i can........So if you have any problem or question , do not hesitate , i will try my level best to give you answer......
Anyway , i remember few other things that will benifit you...
*gajjar ka juice (carrot juice) is an excellent thing...
*tomatoes...
*pomegranetes....
* the most important is un-refined flour ,its the most energetic thing of all we eat . You may find a half kg. of chokkar packet from a big general store of about 9 Rs. in dubai and mix it in 3 or 4 Kg. usual flour .......It will help you in all ways and very benificial to you...
*potatoes with skin ...boiled are also rich in iron....
