Looks like you are blurting out whatever is coming in your mind, without actually understanding what is being reported.
Tax collection fell short by 38 billion rupees, and chairman of FBR is now admitting it openly that he was wrong in his earlier claims that tax collection has exceeded the target.
Chairman FBR SALMAN SIDDIQI has proven his incompetence, just like many other feudal medieval PPP ministers.
