Do they offer FTP services? You would need an ftp client software. Here’s a free one:
http://www.coreftp.com/

Once you install it you need 3 pieces of info: Yahoo’s FTP server address, your username and password. Once connected you just drag your files from your local computer to the Yahoo servers. Just like that.

I know how frustrating this can get when you don’t know. I was in a similar situation back in 1995 when i created my first website.
