I think highlighters work best on darker skin. There’s something quite pretty and healthy about glowing tan skin. I bought the ysl touche eclat like a complete fool and it doesn’t even show up on my skin and gives me crazy eyes when it use for my dark circles. Like what does it even do?
I also have mary lou manizer which gives makes the upper cheekbones shiny so I would definitely recommend that.
