The only thing I am thinking after reading all these posts & comments, why a Jinn would allow a movie be made ? Usually they dont allow such a thing. Yes they do exists but rule is simple "You dont take panga with them, they dont take panga with u". As far as movlis are concerned yes many of them are making money, but I know at least one who is doing it for free "Fee sabeel Allah" & also provides food sometimes (usually an evening meal) and he is not fake. :)

I dunno if this is real or not...and no kidding, I don't care, cuz one thing is for certain, Jinns and such do exist, and those of you Muslims who say they don't, really, you should go read the Quran, it clearly states that such things exist. The exorcism that takes place in this video is actually how its done in real, so it might as well be real. But who cares, the Quran clearly states that Jinns exist anyways, so whether this video is fake or real does not really matter.

Fret: Theres a small chance it may be fake, however, the exorcism is such a common scene in pak, its happened amongst relatives and community, that its not all too difficult to believe this scene is real.
Its understandable, that illnesses which people didnt understand in the past were often diagnosed as 'being possesed', however, im not too convinced that even today, theres a specific medical term for people who behave like this. A common symptom of people who are 'possessed' by jinns, often talk through another persons voice. If its female, they often talk through a males voice..and that voice tells a different story in a different life.
For example, when a local lady was possesed, she was unconcious herself, but her voice changed to the heavy male tone. There was no fits, or nothing of the sort. The people around her spoke to her, and the jinn answered questions such as where he was from (he mentioned a known place), if he was a muslim, (he read the kalima to prove it), and why he'd taken over the lady, (apparently he'd come to do afsos for some pir who'd passed away). When he left, she regained conciousness straightaway, but could not recall anything herself. It was a one off, and it never occured again.
There are many similar examples i could relate, however, what remains to be seen is that if this is indeed a known mental disorder, then i'd really like to know what it is.
but here is the question: how come no **Hadith mentions anything about jinns. No companions of Prophet (PBUH) report ever seeing or experiencing a Jinn. None of the Islamic history mentions somebody getting a jinn and then getting cured by some Maulvi. In fact in all the history of Islam, Muslims have feared none except for Allah. So where is this Jinn talk coming from. and also why on Earth would a small girl get a Jinn.. what sin could she possibly have committed.
When the Quran refers to Jinns it means the Ummra of a society who never get to be seen by commoners. In old days Arabic someone of very high status who never would be seen by ordinary ppl would be referred to as Jinn.
I read lots of non sense literature in Pakistan related to Jinns which is carved by Pirs and Maulavis to increase their status and influence. All this garbage is used to brainwash ppl and basically scare them into believing whatever these goddamn maulavis wanna teach.

As a matter of fact, there are Hadith about specifically telling about Jinn, their properties, some Sahaba's had interaction (similar to ours), ....
I assume, Since you are talking logically here. Lets not discuss Hadith into it. Why? because Quran says - If you don't understand something , even if it is from Quran, suspend your judgement until you research and come to a conclusion
Jinn is a race hidden from our view (their world is within and dependent of our world). If you will read the 'm-theory' or 'string theory' about universe - it is logically possible to have Jinns. Its a race with whole spectrum of personalities, simply put: some are good, soem are bad.
Bad possesses for various reasons (sometime no reason at all) and nothing to do with being a sinner.

Most probably she was suffering from hysteria, which is actually a neurotic disorder characterized by violent emotional outbreaks and disturbances of sensory and motor functions.
It is actually to silly to think that Jinn's invaded a girl. It is not only a stupidity in Pakistan but almost throught the world. Infact it is ignorance, lack of education.

The goal of most bad Jinns is to make its victim unfaithful. The deeper your faith, the more likely u will encounter a Jinn. Its a test to see how deep ur faith is. Will u beg the Jinn for Mercy? or will u turn to Allah for help? People in the East are more faithful than those in the West, hence the reason all these 'stories' come from the East.

I never ever get scared watching horror movies, i usually laugh when they try to scare you. This one was a bit different though, i didn't get scared but it really made me upset a bit. I sent this to a girl and the poor soul couldn't watch it for even 10 seconds and still lost her sleep for 3 continuous days.
