I like kids like you, well the evil side of me does; it’s nice knowing the system, and having slaves working it blindly without listening to the truth about it. An example, is we have many of your kind in Canada. Thump the law, and everything and are horrified when I walk into court, admit to everything I did, have 4 inch thick 40 page disclosure, tell them straight they have no authority to arrest me, and walk out with a dismissed case.
You, would still blame me for knowing some scam instead of understanding that systems like this are inherently flawed and that’s why they always fall. They have no basis, as can be seen from human nature which stems from the will of god.
All the system is there for, is to support those bundoo indulgers of bacha bazi.
Peace, blessings.

and nothing personal, and don’t mean to sound malicious, slavery is something that every human has the duty to die fighting against; but what about when a man is willingly putting himself in chains, and won’t listen to your help? MOve on then..
Water-boarding is legal as per American government. So is the killing of 50x innocent Afghans as Americans who died on 9/11 not to mention Iraq as well. Oh I forgot, to be considered an intellectual and educated you have to show disapproval of eye for an eye because you have become too civilized and cultured to accept that anymore. Meanwhile, your votes and taxes are responsible for killing millions across the world deleted. So sip your tea and sit in your arm chair and talk about how civilized you are and cultured as well. This propaganda comes from the only nation in history to drop 2 nuclear bombs on civilian cities. deleted Hypocrites cry torture until its one of their family members who are the victims of a crime, then they want that person’s head. Eye for an eye is the law of Allah and it makes sense since the one who created us knows us more than we know ourselves. Meantime, deleted Starbucks sipping wannabees can armchair philosophize all you want. I don’t know about the particular case aforementioned, but eye for an eye is undeniable and actually practiced for most of human history. As for “cruel and unusual” I think it is very cruel and unbecoming to keep a man in prison for life in a small room with the possibility of being raped for other inmates or correction officers or both. Oh I forget, that can’t be wrong since your almighty U.S.A does it. Death is a merciful punishment as compared to life in prison which is cruel and highly unusual for a human being -who is restless and curious by nature.
In this particular case, the culprit was only 14 and he might have not known the consequences of his actions. So, personally I think the punishment is too harsh.
But actions where the person knows that by doing it the other person will be damaged severely forever or he will lose life (acid attacks for instance), in such cases an eye for an eye sounds like a fair deal.
