Oh god, please tell me that wasn’t intentional…

Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
doesn’t the thought do that to you?
it wasn’t intentional…I could actually feel someone cutting into my spinal cord and severing it…

Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
this is ‘‘equal’’ punishment…
many countries have death penalty for drug trafficking…thats too harsh too you see, the drug purchaser bought it willingly…nobody makes noise on those laws…hypocrite much.
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
equal punishment blah blah.. ok fine.
but if he was rich enough to pay his way out, he’d be able to walk out with an intact spine. this guy’s problem is he isn’t rich enough to be a criminal.
still don’t think this is a primitive society?
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
Which countries have the death penalty for drug trafficking? (I am not implying you are incorrect. I just don’t know of any such country. )
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
I know of singapore and hongkong and indonesia…but there are others too i think…couldn’t find any authentic document…but wikipedia says this

Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
Thanks. I learnt something new todsy. This is ridiculous. Good find.
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
Why is it ridiculous? Its to set an example.
It depends on victim if he want diyat or qisas…

Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
And who decides when to set an example?
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
The law
I’m for strict regulations against drugs.
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
Law of the land?
Good you are against drugs but why?
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
Yes
Why do you care?
There was this one woman who tried to smuggle drugs into Indonesia. She should have gotten the death penalty, instead our government intervened and now she’s only sentenced for 12years, do you think that’s fair?
There are always consequences for your actions, by law if you commit a crime you should accept the punishment.
Regarding this kid, I’m only sympathetic because he was a child, however if he was an adult I would say he deserves it.
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
^I agree with last sentence…
and i am not asking for personal reason related to disliking of drug trafficking…but i wanted to know why you think that drug trafficking should be punished by death penalty…
as you are concerned about age of the accused…and you are not against the penalty if he was an adult…no need to answer that question
Will you extended same courtesy to juvenile culprits who are accused of terrorism?
And you should remember Obama’s drone attack killed hundred of childrens…
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
What I think about the law is the same for any ADULT, which means over 18years old. Now I know in Japan 20 is considered an adult but I think thats ridiculous.
If you are an adult there is no one else to blame but yourself.
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
Legalize drugs. Simple.
Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine

Re: An eye for an eye or a spine for a spine
Google 10 maxims of law, a lot of this was developed in Turkic and Arabic countries. You could successfully use this in any court around the world. Here, as I suspect Saudi Arabia is using the western method of tricking people into use slave corporate statuses I don’t think there would be justice either way; but naturally, I would say if the victim has forgiven then all is well.
Well, “The reward of the evil is the evil thereof, but whosoever forgives and makes amends, his reward is upon Allah.” (al-Shura 42:40) I see I’m supported by the Qu’ran which is the basis of Sharia (right??) so all’s well.
