this is ‘‘equal’’ punishment…

many countries have death penalty for drug trafficking…thats too harsh too you see, the drug purchaser bought it willingly…nobody makes noise on those laws…hypocrite much.

but if he was rich enough to pay his way out, he’d be able to walk out with an intact spine. this guy’s problem is he isn’t rich enough to be a criminal.

I know of singapore and hongkong and indonesia…but there are others too i think…couldn’t find any authentic document…but wikipedia says this

Why do you care?
There was this one woman who tried to smuggle drugs into Indonesia. She should have gotten the death penalty, instead our government intervened and now she’s only sentenced for 12years, do you think that’s fair?

There are always consequences for your actions, by law if you commit a crime you should accept the punishment.

Regarding this kid, I’m only sympathetic because he was a child, however if he was an adult I would say he deserves it.

and i am not asking for personal reason related to disliking of drug trafficking…but i wanted to know why you think that drug trafficking should be punished by death penalty…

as you are concerned about age of the accused…and you are not against the penalty if he was an adult…no need to answer that question

Will you extended same courtesy to juvenile culprits who are accused of terrorism?

What I think about the law is the same for any ADULT, which means over 18years old. Now I know in Japan 20 is considered an adult but I think thats ridiculous.

If you are an adult there is no one else to blame but yourself.

Come to think of it, murder is punishable by death in many countries. So does killing someone because they killed someone else count as eye for an eye as well?

Sometimes I feel as if the capital punishment is just the easy way out for offenders but jeez I’d rather vote for the death penalty or life imprisonment than paralysing and blinding someone. :no:
