Can it not be possible that the pashtuns mingles with the punjabies and sindies to produce a hybrid population. Would that not explain the high rg3 group in majority pakistan. In india too the muslims have a larger rg3 percentage than even the brahmins. Well this is possible of if pushtoon tribe is the carrier of rg3 group in the subcontinent.

^^ Nope, it didnt occur like that. Anyway, populations dont change that much, unless you're advocating genocide. Mingling won't rid the population of any genetic stuff, just dilute the percentages. hg3 is simply too high in Pakistan I think. I havent heard that Indian Muslims had a higher hg3, it's probably not true either, unless people are genetically inclined to become Muslim.
