^ Suprisingly, why havent Arabs, Persians and Turks(to a lesser degree) have taken on the noble task of civilizing themselves.. On wait, I guess they simply thought outsourcing "civilizing technology" would be a gr8 idea rather than adopting one. The fact that they arabs cant even build a power generation plant without american/british help is an example of this.
