I don't like the shortness of her blouse, and why is he holding a sword but otherwise they look good?

She's not looking like a Pakistani bride, more like an Indian one. Its her big day but I was expecting some classy and elegant Pakistani designer outfit not this ghaghra choli. I wonder about people's fascination with Indian culture. They should opt for a more Pakistani look to represent their homeland.

She was very garish and over the top on her engagement as well.

In my opinion her makeup was a little over the top. She could have opted for a more classy look, she looks a lot older than her 21 years. She previously mentioned that she's doing her wedding shopping from India on twitter, explains the whole Indian bridal look. Since Faryal went for an all out engagement, I think she didn't quite manage to up-do her engagement. There's more pictures in the Exclusive Hello Magazine, 16 page spread apparently.

she looks lovely compared to the engagement!
i don’t mind her clothes- for what they are, she pulls them off really well, and honestly, her blouse is longer than most sari blouses i’ve seen on some pakistani ladies. plus she has the figure to pull it off so kudos to her. i’ve seen too many indian brides with a short blouse, a low lehenga and a muffin top

Who says it's a 'fascination with Indian culture'? She probably just went for the style she thought was prettiest or suited her (like most normal brides do). It's just a reflection of her personal taste.
Not everyone is into 'nationalism' and why should they be..
I quite like her wedding look.. Was expecting something super glam (or bit ott) after her style at the engagement.. This is totally different to how I thought she'd look..

^ exactly. maybe she didn't want to be a typical "pakistani bride". don't you find all the brides on this forum are now blending into one another? same outfits, same colours, same hair/makeup/dupatta setting. same kind of kaam- either Bunto or a Bunto knock off. its formulaic and boring, even if it might be lovely.
enough already!
she went and got something that she loved, and she pulls it off relatively better than quite a few other brides i've seen on GS. her jewellery is restrained, the outfit isn't covered in little gold balls, and the colours suit her. the makeup is a wee bit piled on, at second glance, i'll admit, but it's not awful by any means. as for looking her age, dude, seriously. that's not even an argument when you talk about how much makeup pakistani brides wear. none of them look 21 on their wedding day!

She looks much, much better than she did on her engagement! Those extensions and huge birds nest poof was sooo OTT!!!
And I think her wedding makeup looked perfect! If they were going for a regal mughal type look they certainly achieved it!

honestly speaking if you search on youtube on simple google, I have seen most of UK brides in same ettire. long shirts are only common in Pakistan. in UK there are many indian shops she might bought from there, at the end of day its her choice.

I think she looks nice. What may seem Indian to some looks like typical 'British Asian Fashion' to me. I can tell she was going for a typical Asiana/Asian Bride cover bridal look and she pulled it off. At the end of the day these two are British Asians, not NRP Pakistani élites from Lahore/Karachi who would be concerned about wearing Bunto's/Elan/Maria B for sake of keeping up with the status quo.

I dont get why hes carrying a sword? They do look more like a Sikh couple than a Pakistani couple. Andd thank god that nest isnt on top of her head. Although her make is OTT, I still think shes a very pretty girl and was able to pull that off (in comparison to if others did it)
