As far as PIA, I was referring to all the negative news about corruption, bankruptcy, st*****ng passengers for extended periods for technical faults etc.
This for both domestic and international flights.
There was recent news that American authorities had visited Pakistan to review the safety procedures before allowing PIA to continue flights to US.
Also EU had threatened to take away PIA's landing rights at some European cities because of continued long delays on arrivals etc.

ohh yes the long delays!! I remember reading somewhere that PIA was blaming CAA for those delays, because they would do late inspection of the aircraft, that would result in delays!!
I hope its gets fixed soon! its just really sad to see PIA current state, back in 60's and 70's PIA was like the best airline in Asia, we had the best pilots, infact they used to train other pilots from other countries and now how things have changed ... its only because, unqualified and incompetent fools who are running the airline have ruined things... I would love to see PIA as successful as Emirates!

I pretty much visit Pakistan every year, couldnt go last year though!
I'm going for my sisters wedding, its after eid!
as for the loadshedding I;m used to it!! after all, born and brought up in Pakistan! :D
or phir USP and generators hote hen tu Im sure it wont be that bad!!

Pradhan = Chief
mahilaa = aurat
aarakshi.t = reserved :)

nah...i studied advanced Urdu alongwith Elementary Hindi in grade 10 which was the mandatory subjects. after that i never studied Hindi at university level. so merii Hindi to bas kaam chalaaoo hai :)

i do every year from desi stores. apne gaaoN/mulk ke to ulloo bhii pyaare lagte haiN is liye mujhe to bhai bas MaliHabad kii dassehrii, Allahabad kaa chausaa aur AligaRh kaa langRaa aam hii pasand hai...kabhii tuKhmee aam khaayaa hai? uskaa apnaa alag zaaiqa hotaa hai aur kabhii kabhii to maiN unheN qalmii aamoN ke ba-nisbat ziyaada pasand kartaa huN...i used to have 50 tuKhmee aam in one sitting...we used to soak those lil guys in water overnight because we had no electricity in my village so no fridge. those were the best days of my life...no worries! :)

lakin haan Sindh k buhat aache aam hote hen! arsa huwa woh nahi khaaye!

i've tried Chausaa from Pakistan and they are quite good! :) try tuKhmee aam next time you go to Pakistan :)
