Ok so you cannot study right now and cannot work either because of family issues (not that it should be an excuse in the first place).
How about going to community centers or libraries where you live (Assuming you are not in Pakistan).They have book clubs,knitting clubs etc etc…join anything…get off the sofa…!
You enjoy reading…??..Even if not,pick up a magazine…a parenting one maybe and flip through the pages…something will be there which you will find interesting.
You might not like this,but it seems like you are not too willing to take an incentive to fix the laziness and are hoping that it will get ok when a baby comes.
