PCG, I never started the zulmness topic. As for yulm I'd say the weekly sniddy comments and suggestions are mental abuse then I'm just a DIL.
No I didn't marry for looks or his education. As I said before their real ways of living came out after as they are based in a different part of Pak to my other family. No one knew their debts, how they lived and so forth.
As for pushing my own opinions-the issue I have is when your asked for your opinions you give them they then lie to you and then hey presto you have to pick up the pieces because if you dont the comments gets worse and the blackmailing starts.
I decided not to give my opinion anymore.
And for those saying it world.both ways in regards to family-I have the gold they gave.me.back to them after the wedding.because they took out debt to buy it. I didn't want my start in a family to be on debt. I helped as much as I could when I could.
As for SIL situ I honestly thought as they asked about.what I thought of the ristaa the best thing to do was to tell them what the SIL told me. I don't see that as pushing my own opinion. Plus as mu ILS are all for.izaath I thought it would be better to tell them now.rather.than something happen after the wedding which actually did happen to one of their cousins.
