Najam Sethi is weird. He attributes everything to his chiriya, even though that information may have been out long before his sarri huwi chiriya got word of it.
I hope that after Altaf Hussain is taken care of, PTI followers start a similar campaign against the Sharif clan, as their money laundering is on a scale that is many times larger than Altaf Hussain’s.

If he is found guildy, he might be repatriated to Pakistan to serve his jail term as an A category prisoner.
He is a dual citizen. His british nationality can be revoked if he is found guilty and then he can be deported back to pakistan. but all this is a big IF

He will be a free man actually if he is deported to Pakistan. But I think if he is convicted in any crime, he will first have to serve his term in England itself because he has breached British laws.

I'm just thinking, some lower cadre MQM loyalist(s) present in UK can "confess" that it was Him/them who have been doing the money laundering stuff, and bhai is innocent. murder case doesn't seem to go anywhere, as focus is shifting more and more on money laundering. This will effectively render bhai stronger than ever, scary thought

what about AH’s assistance in money laundering activities (if someone from lower cadre confess that they were doing money lauderig and not AH). After all, properties are in his and his relative’s name and money was transferred to his Bank account (if information given by Najam Sethi is correct).

Its funny and equally disturbing to see the top tier leadership of MQM (generally educated) defending the blunt threats by saying the words were taken out of context. Why don’t they say that Bhai was drunk at the late night and couldn’t hide his real way of dealing with opponents.

Yet another meaningless thread on AH. This should have been part of one of the tons of threads on AH opened on this forum. Unless he is arrested and put behind bars, whether on murder charge or money laundering, these threads means repetition of what is already available.

Some damning stuff, some totally senseless answers by Farooq Sattar. Some All in all a clear indication that AH is going to court.
Still, no proofs but understandable because of on going investigations.
However, the famous letter which he wrote to british PM in which he offered to provide intelligence to britain was shown (obtained from the same freedom of information act that PTI intends to implement in KPK). Mustafa Kamal famously claimed in 2007 that such letter ever existed.

I think he did a good job and put Paxman on the back foot. They had a decent video package to start with, but the questionnaire wasn’t up to the mark. Mubashar Luqman can do a much better show with Farooq Sattar.
