Now he can be blackmailed by British government and also Pakistani establishment. Perhaps the British government and Pakistani establishment are on the same page as far as this particular script goes, because the timing of the new arrest seems convenient at this particular time as it strengthens the hand of Pakistani establishment in order to exert more pressure on GOP.
