He is a dual citizen. His british nationality can be revoked if he is found guilty and then he can be deported back to pakistan. but all this is a big IF

He will be a free man actually if he is deported to Pakistan. But I think if he is convicted in any crime, he will first have to serve his term in England itself because he has breached British laws.
