The hypocrisy and intolerance of certain posters is getting annoying. It's fine if they're talking about Imran, dragging his name in every discussion, I mean just look at the thread, who had been mentioning Imran all along, before I came along. But when PTIians start replying to Imran themed posts and discussion, they're trolls and Nazis. Well who's being an insecure and bigoted a hack in that case?

That may not be wise considering every political party has some sincere people who if provided the proper environment can become the total opposite of what the party may have been known for prior to the transformation. It would be better if the best of people come forth from this, and work to reunite the financial hub of Pakistan, and leave the legacy of ethnic politics behind them. That would be a major victory for Pakistan as a whole because every Pakistani should, and I'm sure every Pakistani does, love Karachi and its' people who paid the ultimate price for the faulty policies of the party head. Living in constant fear is no fun. May Allah strength the city of Karachi, and bring about the best of results for our Karachi residents.

Why proper curfew wasn't imposed in Karachi. I'm inclined to believe that PMLN had more than just an idea that this was coming, and I think they should've planned and prepared an extensive response to the situation. Army should've been deployed for the cool off period, and only in designated areas people should've been allowed to gather and register their protest. The whole practice of shutting down City is totally unacceptable. It's wholly criminal.
What future holds for MQM? MQM will re-group, eventually, in matter of time, but will they make concious effort to break away from Altaf's legacy, publicly denounce him and his ways, apologise to the nation and promise a fresh start doesn't look like a nearing possibility. Maybe in few years time, but I don't see that happening as an immediate step.

Security services should have been ready to move at a moment notice considering the volatile environment. Itâs still not late if any further property damage can be prevented, and all perps arrested for domestic terrorism. In fact that should be done all across the country.
