1-How do you feel about long walk-- straiting from 10 mins increasing it to up 40 mins? 2-How you feel about slow jogging? even 5 mins to beggin with..
Let evaluate the whole thing and get you started.
1.I can walk 15 - 30 minutes every day.
2.Jogging would be a problem because i dont have enough space for that. But i do have the stationery cycle if that may help in any way?
