The 1955-56 was the year in which we had a positive balance of payment and had achieved 8% growth rate in GDP, 2nd in Asia after Korea. Had we been progressing with that rate, we would have been spending four times of our defence budget today but that would have been only 20% of our national budget.

The growth would have been the result of the preivous better Governemnt's plans and decisions.

i have heared in those times pakistani was an example of growth and industrialization.
Mushy: i have never seen a man other than musharraf who loose so much credibility , honor so quickly .
i respected him and was in favour of him but slowly i guess he started taking things as granted, now he thinks pakistan is nothing without him.
each and every mess he is in is created by none other than himself.
see his circle, charudhri , MQM, sherpao what can you expect from them other than mess.

He is criminal alright; there is no doubt about it. Strange thing is that this evil was created by army and its continuous support.

There are number of criminal cases including killings pending in Pakistani courts, his warrants of arrest have also been issued in number of cases. Perhaps if he comes to Pakistan, he would be arrested.

As I already said in other thread, Army and Altaf Hussain are synonyms, condemning one would automatically condemn other.

people should also know that he is wanted in USA for credit card fraud thats why he will never come to USA.This is from that time when he used to live in Chic ,IL and used to drive cab(Taxi) here.
