Ok...here is my issue... I am from an immigrant family who lives in Karachi and I consider myself 100% urdu speaking. Why can't I be just an Urdu Speaking Pakistani? Why must I carry the mohajir label. Honestly I don't care that the GOVT. quota system does not give urban domicile holders the same right for jobs or not, I personally feel like a 2nd or 3rd rate citizen of Pakistan when I refer to myself as mohajir. I am a Pakistani **born in Karachi to Urdu Speaking parents. When will we get out of this **stigma?
