You are focused on and getting misled by his social work. PTI as a party and Imran Khan as a leader is an engineering product of a certain section of agencies with godfathers like general Hameed Gul. That is why his political views are in line with them. Hameed Gul himself has admitted his role in forming PTI and making Imran Khan a political leader.
Taking a political position and getting the support of agencies (and media) to get propped up as a political leader is political corruption. Nawaz Sharif was propped up by general Gilani and others so he was politically corrupt before he became famous for financial corruption.
If indeed his party was "engineered" and was being "steered" by current and ex-Intelligensia and Armed Forces. Then it must also be considered that in the past Military rule, he should have become a Prime Minister or another significant administrative authority. Afterall, he is their man, and the public seems to appreciate his work too. It'd be a no brainer.
He instead refused to become a puppet at the hands of previous dictator, who not only was active CAOS for quite some time, but used Intelligence agencies to do his bidding.
So, enligthen me! How does Imran Khan compare with the branded and proven thieves again? And please allow substance in your opinion this time around. :)
