No other prophet can now come earlier or new which can cancel the Muhammadi SAW shariyah till qayamah.
This is a tricky statement: Which opens the door of becoming prophet even after Mirza. This statment applies/requres only one CONDITION "which can cancel the Muhammadi SAW shariyah till qayamah".
Let me write in simple:
- he is not a prophet (old or new) who cancels shariyah
- he can be a prophet (old or new) who dont cancel shariyah
A person who is claiming as a Prophet AND fulfils the condition can be considered as true prophet.
It means there can be more prophets who cares for the condition EVEN after Mirza.
Did mirza or any other Qadiyani mentioned this in any of their Statment?
