All Views Khatam-e-Quran for the month of November 2008

Khatam-e-Quran for November is Alhamdo Lillah initiated.

Last month, the Quran was given to one of the guppies’ Naani who passed away after Eid.

This month’s Khatam will be for Afshi’s Khala who passed away after a motorcycle accident.

If we will be able to finish more than one Quran this month, the next Quran will be insha Allah given to MehnazQ’s father otherwise, december’s Khatam will be for him, Insha Allah.

We encourage all of you to be part of this noble deed, and reply with I want to JOIN for Khatam Quran, if you like to participate.

If you can’t finish it and have some problem finishing para, let moderators know privately (PM AQ, Kevyan, Mirch or SAJAL) or post here. And please take your time reading the Quran, don’t start flying over it. If someone wants to join in, please post and let us know.

Moderators will keep updating this post as we get people joining us as we go along… Insha Allah!

We will finish whatever we can during the month and will carry over the remaining paraas (if any) of the Quran to next month.

By the end of December, I would have , Inshallah, completed memorization (Hifz) of Third Para, so you can always assign me the first three paras for every new recitation, the rationale for assigning me the first three paras would be same that I revise ( recite) them on a daily basis.

May Allah accept our efforts, it is really an impressive initiative who ever took it, and all those who are engaged in organizing it deserve heartiest admiration.
