no i'm not usually into tummy workout, neither crunches, abt current diet, well i take light bf a cup of tea with bread or rusks, noodles in lunch mostly n normal food in dinner,
i have already cutted down all those cold drinks n all,also e'm not very much fond of eating sweets, em just fond of haveing T

Well now you start doing crunches. It help improving your appearance. Takes weight off you spine. Help you do other work out better.
You got think like an athlete.
I always drink water before eating, None during or after. Even when I don't do tummy work out muscle stay in shape. (ITs sunnah too)
Now as I said before. You need to ad more to your work out. If you do say stairs over 20times. You are going to feed your self some protein too!!!!!
By not having a good breakfast you miss best part of your day. I think its few hrs after breakfast when your brain works best. Whit no breakfast you just miss it.
So I say less carbs more proteins and more work out. Try gaining some muscle mass now.
Now we have most of things layed out.
Next time post your work outs.
exact timing of walking/running.
Time you climb stairs.
Crunches.

i want to loose weight frm tummy.i m unmarried.my weight is 67kg and 5.5height.bt my tummy seems to be maried women tummy.i hav treadmill at home.i do work out on treadmill for 30min at maximum 6.3speed bt my tummy is not reduvcing.plz do help me.

i do walk abt for 40minutes but now a dayz i hav left walk due to some busy schedule.i just do crunches.bt the tummy problem is from the day when i was slim.

Make sure your work out is intense enough.
When you do crunches you need to feel that burning feeling. in stomach muscle, in every set.
Plus you can add leg raise exercise in you work out too that will work your lower abdominal area.
^You DONT need to hold!! Just do it easy, bent knes a little to make it more comfortable.

I have 13-stairs and has treadmill.
I am eating more baked chicken and beef.Hate vegetables.
PLEASE recommend how possible to lose extra weight in3-month.PLZ suggest me the best diet manue for everyday.I assume I need 1300 Calories daily.
Its really hard to mesure calories in PAK/India food.PLEASE give us a BEST daily diet plann ......please HELP me.
