JinCho exercise is the easy way. you can start it real slow. Do it less often.
But you got to do it. Start from a easy walk few mins a day.
And keep me posted.

How come you guys didn't start this thread last year?

allright,but can i jog indoors?mayb like jogging in 1 place...coz i stay in khi n cant jog outdoors.n for how long shud i jog?

Thx Monk for replying! i do walk but not daily :( in winters i find it difficult to walk daily because of cold and i just wanna be in blanket :( ok i will start walking from tomorrow and keep posting :) Thx for so helping!

Static running is hard and kind of boring.

if indoor is the only option consider getting one of these

Its called Elliptical. Tell me if that is not an option. Then we can come up with a different solution.

i had a busy day 2day...i exercised v vigorously 2day n on da way bak thought of going 4 walk but ma car met an accident...n m safe n sad dat i didnt make it 4 ma jog 2day..shud i walk 7days a week?

When you work regularly, never feel guilty for skipping a day. Rest is good too.

i do hav a non-electrical treadmill…n yeah indoor is the only option :frowning:

Not a problem.
Now lets establish a base line for your performance.

Run on treadmill for a week or so.

by end of the week tell me how long you can jog for.

Is your treadmill comfortable to run on?
What area you want to lose weight from?

Any experience with situps or with crunches?

ok Monk i hav no weight prob really. My whole body is toned except my tummy. after pg/s it became stubborn fat that doesn't melt away. i don't get time to go to gym at all. i hav threadmill at home and stretch bands plus my bro has bench press with heavy weights. i can run up n down stairs counting upto 20. whenever i tried to lose i loose from everywhere except beer belly :(
some days while driving i do the excercise where i suck my tummy in n count to 20 n then relax n repeat ... walking is no prob for me..

honey If you do run more your elbow and knees would come off.
So take some time off and relax.
