All the ladies who want to lose weight from tummy,hips and arms...

What are you eating habits like…what do you eat and how often? Do you snack a lot?

thank you all for the reply. well i try to eat around 1200 calories each day and i am not a big fan of sweets so almost no sweets and i try to exercise everyday for atleast one hour. but some days i am so tired i just take a break and other than that i do all the house work like cleaning washing clotehs everything. i started doing no more trouble zones in january and till now i have lost 4 inches from hips and tummy. but now i am not losing any weight. i am just stuck on 74.
well i am fasting cuz i missed them last year as my son was born in ramadhan and as its winter in australia so its easier to keep them :)

oh thanks for mentioning stairs i remember that before my wedding i used to climb the stairs 50 times a day and i lost weight.

I have no equipment and I am prepared to Give 15 min everyday to losing my tummy.I only want to loose tummy fat NOT my weight.

me wanna get flat stomach and wanna shape up my body from waist to hips. any help. i don't have any machine.. tell me some simple exercise which i can do widout any machine.

I am 67kg, around a 147 pounds. My hips, thigh and waist area are really the ones that are heavier. One of the main reasons why i look broad and bulky is because of fat upper arm. The lower shaft of my arms is really thin but the upper part is inflated.

I have access to a stationery cycle, hula hoop and stairs. My main problem is my work requires me to sit for 12-13 hours and i hardly find time for exercise. Anyway, i try and do the stationery cycle for 45 min - 1 hour every day while watching tv if i get time. Other than that i climb up and down the stairs 4-5 times a day. Thats all i do! Help me now ...

Swimming and spinning really toned-up my arms and hips.. I also take the stairs whenever I can (office, malls) instead of the elevator.

I have a lot of fat stored in my upper arms and I can't get rid of it even after months and months of doing exercie, any tips Monk?

Its the opposite for me.I have no fats in my upper arms which is annoying.

:no: believe me its not that nice specially when because of that your khala’s tell you to eat more and more and more:hinna:

For your eating habits...I would say increase the amount of protein you are eating in a day...like try not to eat roti and if you DO eat it...eat it in the morning before you workout. After workout, no roti...only lean meat, chicken and fish. If you eat a salad, NO dressing on it. If you have eggs, dont cook them in oil. You're just increasing the work you will have to do on the back end of it.

Protein burns fat people...its not a myth!

Also, dont look at the scale! The scale will tell you how much you weigh BUT you have to be aware of the fact that when you're working out...you're burning fat AND gaining muscle! Muscle weighs more than fat so the scale is not what you depend on...measure yourself instead!

Weights, weights, weights my dear. Get yourself some dumb bells and start lifting!

That is an easy one. Use weights and it will be gone before you know it.

I remember reha once posted an awesome video about how to train your arm muscles.

See if reha could find it. Or when I go home I find one and post.

Are you open to buy some equipment ? like light dumbels?

The tummy fat disappears when I eat nothing for a day or so and comes back again as soon as I eat.:frowning:

Well tummy disappear because after staying hungry your tummy muscle get contracted.

Now there are some other ways to keep them contracted. Which is drinking water before meals.
That is shunnah too.
Avoid drinking during and after the meals.

DONT DEHYDRATE YOUR SELF!!!

I've been using cans of fruits and beans, each can weighs around 500gm.
