it took us (yazdi, psyah, shamraz, tlk, and myself) time to come up with appropriate policies and moderating procedures, there were other mods who came and left but we were able to provide them decent structure to follow for moderation purposes. I am sure and hopeful that you guys will fix your loop holes as you gain more experience in your forums and working together as a team. Southie, unfortunately CMs dont just sit back and enjoy chai samosay, if that was the case i wouldnt have resigned :D
Anyway, guys thank you for your hard work and patience.:)
I am sure the new team is better than us. They just need some time and experience. All of us want the best for GS and that's the bottom line. All of us have tried our best to put some system in place to run this place which is more important than individuals who may come and go. I have no doubt that the new team will improve these systems-procedures in due course of time as they gain more experience...

Thanks Huma for the pm. My apology if I said anything in my previous thread that came cross as an attack on you or your team. That was not my intention b/c being a mod can be a tough job & I know that first hand.
Not at all, Shamraz, I can assure you the team is taking the feedback positively. We know we have big shoes to fill and that you guys wish the best for us and this forum. If anything, I should be thanking you for giving us a wake up call.

Shamraz and Yazdi bhai: Kindly, not for even a moment, think that Society team (CM's and Mods) cynically discard your opinions because you have been our seniors in this channel and your input will help us run this channel even better. Huma and Shak have already said enough in my absence (Serves me right for not going to feedback forum enough) but I hope you always continue to provide input to us. And Its another thing that we will always be keen to welcome you back on board whenever you guys feel like and have enough time.
