Yep, these drankard are found in a gutter half dead, on th side of the road, or die driving a vehicle while killing someone else who might be driving home from work, …after they puke all over themselves with bad smell.
If they stay home, they fight with their family members for no real reason or ignore their own children. Great!

i've never really seen a drunk person in a restaurant where alcohol is also being sold though. almost every restaurant in the US sells alcohol except for certain states(that might not on sundays). Bars aren't restaurants
a person who might drink alcohol most often drinks one or at most two glasses of wine or beer, that does not equal being drunk. moderation is key in almost all aspect of life, our minds tell us when we've had too much. God gave us a mind so we can make decisions such as this. too much of anything is bad bad.

The idea that even being in the same room with an open bottle of beer is somehow defiling is ridiculous. Very Hindu - like the shadow of an untouchable will dirty you. The vast majority of people who consume alcoholic beverages are neither alcoholic, nor immoderate nor nashe men.

It's an acquired taste (nobody likes it straight off!) And it is absolutely unnecessary to acquire it.
