And its not about it being offensive. Its about principle. Why should I sit there and watch other people do what I know is haram? It is the whole atmosphere as well.

I want to ask each one of you a question. Why would you want to be in a place which sells something that was despised by the Prophet(pbuh) and Allah?

no one is asking you to sit in a bar but most restaurants here do serve alcohol. as long as you are not drinking, i dont see why ppl have so much issues.
