Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: Pakistani lawyer/Nepal denies claim

Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

News Desk

RAWALPINDI: A Pakistani lawyer C M Farooque claimed that many people, including Ajmal Kasab, were arrested before 2006 from Kathmandu by the Indian agencies with the help of Nepalese forces.

He said Ajmal Kasab went to the Napalese capital on a business tour. His application regarding his arrest was lying pending in the Nepalese Supreme Court in which a reply was sought from Nepalese forces and Indian High Commission.

While talking to the Geo News, C M Farooque Advocate said the Nepalese forces arrested almost 200 people including Ajmal Kasab before 2006 and his application in this regard was lying pending in the Nepalese Supreme Court in which Nepalese forces and Indian High Commission were made respondents.

The advocate said he wrote letters to Pakistan and Indian governments in this regard. He said that he had also addressed a press conference in Nepal highlighting the issue in which he revealed that the Nepalese forces arrested Ajmal Kasab and many others and held them at an unknown place and that these people would be used for their ulterior designs at some later stage. He said that he had no contact with Ajmal Kasab ever since he disappeared.

The lawyer said he was still pleading the case of Kasab and was to visit Nepal towards the end of this month. The Nepalese Supreme Court had repeatedly issued notices to the respondents to furnish their reply but they did not submit any reply.

Advocate Farooque said he had filed the petition in the Nepalese Supreme Court in February 2008. He said he was running an NGO, ‘Voice of Human and Prisoners Rights’ and the parents of Ajmal Kasab contacted him for help in this regard after appealing to the Pakistan Government for help.

The people arrested in Nepal had gone there on legal visa for business but Indian agencies were in the habit of capturing Pakistanis from Nepal and afterwards implicated them in the Mumbai-like incidents to malign Pakistan.

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

Maybe, just may be true. But we would have had more credibility if we said this before denying that Kasab was a Pakistani.

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

Hmm, very interesting. I think at this point Pakistan gov't and media should come out in full force and expose India's financing of terror attacks in Pakistan, including the Marriot hotel and their large number of counslets in a small town of jalal a baad, Afghanistan (I think 12). They're sponsering and financing terror in Pakistan and screaming foul on top of their lungs for something they conducted themselves.

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

Gohan

You are talking as though "exposing" India's hand is like undoing some guy's shalwar and checking if he's a Muslim. It doesn't work that way.

The reason virtually everyone is supporting India's claims is that the same jihadis have attacked UK, US, EU and lots of other countries. Plus, they probably have corroborating intelligence. Many of the jihadis attacking us, on the other hand, were "assets" of our agencies at some time. So it "exposing" them will also "expose" our agencies.

We are not going to get away this time by shouting RAW or CIA. I don't think there will be a war but we are in deep shyt for real.

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

we aint in no deep shyte or whateva, let indians bark all they want. All I'm saying is that when our secret agencies have proof and alot of ppl in the gov't know that india is financing terror attacks in Pak, just call'em out.

Thats why I am saying that handing this alledged gunman to UN, let the international community/international court of justice intorigate him and get all the answers in front of the world..

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

mo293,

Who is "UN" or "international community"? The countries that matter, including China, have already concluded Pakistan's guilt by their vote to ban Jamaat-Dawa and 3 Pakistanis as terrorists.

The fact is that Pakistan cannot hand over suspects because they were likely ISI assets at one time or another. India has already agreed to give UK access to the suspect and will probably give other nations access as well.

We need an A.Q.Khan type solution for this. Find a scapegoat and "come clean" without getting our agencies into too much crap.

After that, we need to do a thorough clean up of our country and get rid of all jihadis before they totally go out of control.

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

Right, he was on a "business" trip to Nepal. Is that why he was hanging around mumbai with an ak47 shooting at people?

You are confusing an org with an individual who is in custody.. The UN resolution (I got to see the number yet) are dime a dozen against big and small rich and poor, don't want to go there. There are sanctions against Indian orgs too but who cares.

The focus should be this captured gunman who must be intorigated by 3rd party and ASAP before he myseriously dies... Don't forget India also provided the names and the pictures of gunmen who bombed samjotha express.. I am glad to hear that they will release teh half dozen jamat guys if no proof is provided.... As someone said the ball is in Indias court.

Other then that I agree that these lose cannons must be brough under control

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

Interesting twist, lets see if it can be proved that he really was arrested from Nepal.

Think logically and ask yourself this question. Can bunch of ragtag terrorists coming from sea traveling close to 500 miles on a rubber boat w/o being noticed by Indian security/police can take over a major city in your country? If your answer is yes, than likes of "Ajmal Kasab" are least of your worries.

wooww... this is called unrelenting state of denial... what is up next once this story is proven wrong.... maybe something like... the terrorists were extra terrestrial beings in human bodies and specifically pakistani bodies... haha holy crap.... forget about the terrorist attack in india... but what about the connection of pakistani people with 9/11, uk subway bombings... and even the ones which is happening in pakistan... . as a matter of fact google " terrorism in india" and "terrorism in pakistan".. choose the wikipedia link ... and compare the rate at which terrorist incidence happens in pakistan and india.... at least the ones in the last five years.... pakistan is way up maaan.... open ur eyes and clear the dirt... else it is just gonna take u with it...... and the moderates and the government can only take any action... and that too a long term one...

anyways gud luk..

He was caught on camera and seen by multiple witnesses with an ak 47 in mumbai. Do you think everything is a fabrication?

And a smaller boat is harder to detect, so that's not a big surprise.

Zardari and Gilani are coward, money hungery, western puppets.

Soon Military will take over Pakistan.

...and military is not western puppet, money hungry & coward ?

If he is pakistan why is he wearing BJP style saffron wrist band? Why ?

The terrorists were also reported to have been drinking beer before their killing spree:
Also…
Apparently white men among the killers:
“They did not look Indian, they looked foreign. One of them, I thought, had blonde hair. The other had a punkish hairstyle. They were neatly dressed,” says Mr Amir.

“I went into the building late last night,” he said. “I got a shock because they were white. I was expecting them to look like us. They fired three shots. I fired 10 back.”

Strange about Nariman house:
“The role that Nariman House is coming to play in this entire attack drama, is puzzling. Last night, residents ordered close to 100 kilograms of meat and other food, enough to feed an army or a bunch of people for twenty days. Shortly thereafter, the ten odd militants moved in, obviously, indicating that the food and meat was ordered, keeping their visit in mind, another cop added.”

Not Pakistani:
“The young gunmen said little during the harrowing drive, but spoke Hindi with a strong Punjabi, north-Indian accent.”

Current Scenario

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

We try to put three kind of arguments to prove that pakistanis are not responsible for mumbai incident

1) Kasab is not pakistani.
2) Kasab is a illeterate young boy who went to India because he is a bollywood fan.
3) Kasab was kidnapped by Indian agencies from Nepal while on business trip.

IMHO all these arguments shows that we are grasping straws here, atleast thats how it seems to most people in the world. We need to be really getting serious and try to clean our ranks. At this moment nobody in the world is believing us and regretfully there is a propability that soon we can be another Afghanistan. Maybe its all India's drama as we call it but we are failing miserably to counter it. By just denying it or shouting that its drama is not going to do any good. We need to come up with better arguments to change world's perception.

Why is a 4th grade pass laborer going to nepal for business?

What kind of business is he doing in Nepal?

Again, all this shows how much desperate pakistanis are to come up with fantastic stories.

He was reportedly caught with 200 others, chances are they went out searching for jobs, lets see if lawyer can prove whether Kasab was among those 200.

Question is WHY Pakistani passports are so easy for anyone to get. Why cant this system be much more secure? How come this nepali looking short indian has a Pakistani passport?? Does anyone know whose picture was shown to the terrorist's supposed 'father' in Pakistan???

Why is it so easy for indian agents to get a Pakistani ID or passport (Ref: All those caught RAW agents with several teams to train suicide bombers inside Pakistan were acting to be Pakistani citizens, able to speak Urdu and 'act' like muslims)??? Why can Pakistan not have an ultra sensitive secure system so that no non-Pakistani can ever obtain a Pakistani travel document? I think this will reduce to a great extent the foreigners causing trouble inside Pakistan and around the world under a Pakistani disguise.

Pak government seriously needs to take measures for that.
