Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: Pakistani lawyer/Nepal denies claim

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

Why would anyone go to Nepal looking for work when nepalis themselves come to India looking for work.
You can see Nepali's in india as servants in households and shops, the brothels of india are full of nepali women sold by thier own families....

.........and you say that 200 people went looking for JOBS in Nepal?

Getting arrested in Nepal doesn't really mean that their final destination was Nepal. Let the lawyer come out with details, I don't want to act like Indian media and start speculations.

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: lawyer

If ISI is trying to cover up Kasab's role or Pakistani involvement, then they should first come up with a single, credible cover story. Instead we have:

  1. He's not a Pakistani (proven to be wrong by DAWN and Geo TV)

  2. He's not educated enough for this operation or to speak English, but he is educated enough to go to Nepal for "business"

  3. His parents deny that he is their son but his parents do not live in Faridkot.

We look really like we have something to hide. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

I don't believe ISI ever issued such statement, but how can you accept anyone to be yours until investigation is "completed".

Lets wait what kind of "business" he went there for before jumping to conclusions, btw business is not restricted to "educated" class only. His parents being "poor" can be used to question the validity of "business" though. Who knows if he was on his way to seek better opportunities, remember few Pakistanis were arrested and then killed by one Central Asian country and those Pakistanis were touted as "terrorists" which was proven wrong later on???

Can you show where his parents denied that he was their son?

His parents did not live in the Faridkot Indian media was jumping up and down with (Faridkot near Multan), so it is TRUE.

Is this True?

If it then it was really a sting operation.

Re: Is this True?

Nepal foreign office denied this claim today.

Smaller to detect, what kind of argument is that. That sounds like what the indian argument would be. The radars can detect even a bottle floating in the ocean. And they don't have 1 radar they have something like 20. And if they had weapons or thats much easier to detect with radars.

This raft that they showed on TV, sounds like a load of b.s. This is the ganges that they were sailing down, or they weren't going from Karachi to Sukkur in a raft. They were riding the ocean waves. With 12 people in a small raft.

Re: Ajmal Kasab kidnapped from Nepal before 2006: Pakistani lawyer/Nepal denies claim

the most they have on faridkhot is the same single story of 'parents not there, nobody would talk out of fear but one man (a nameless man) says ajmal is ours and they are taking our kids to fight gihads.' never even seen a picture of the place, nevermind hours of fox/cnn/bbc tv documentaries if anything was actually found there

worse then 'leaked' intelligence reports
