Travelling with family is always difficult for me. (I hope my wife does'nt read this.) Mostly i travel alone and on first class or business, (ofcourse sponsored by pharmaceuticals) and there is always someone at airport to take care of everything, but with family, have to go thru all the hustle and bustle.
get to the airport a tad bit earlier... the lines will be shorter and you have more preference in terms of seating
