This is when you book in advance. Today’s fares are around Rs 4,500.
On 24th of June I traveled from Bangalore to Baroda(Via Mumbai) Indigo Airlines, and had to spend a whopping Rs 10,100 for an one way ticket. 
(The ticket was booked only the previous day)
