Re: Air Fresheners
I hate strong smells in the car.. hubby puts in air fresheners that clip onto the airconditioning vent. Or he hides them under the seat, which I eventually find and throw in the boot of the car.
Re: Air Fresheners
I use those little clip ons.
Re: Air Fresheners
Yap..same as Sanaa..clip on ones!
Re: Air Fresheners

Re: Air Fresheners
ohhhh…the febreze stuff…gotta try that.
I’ve been using the scented card ones too but I find that they are too intense in the beginning and fade quite quickly…perhaps I’ll try sticking it under the seat too…that might help.
that’s just gross.
Re: Air Fresheners
and a lot safer than all sorts of chemicals you inhale all the time into your poor little lungs in the name of “freshness”. ![]()
Re: Air Fresheners

Re: Air Fresheners
Re: Air Fresheners
actually I have tried that before…at home.
how in the world would that work in a car where there is no heat source under it?
it does get quite warm in the summer days but I don’t know if that sort of heat would be okay or if the orange would spoil…
so I got the clip on from Febreeze and I’ve been sneezing and sniffling like crazy since…
Re: Air Fresheners
febreze products are pretty nasty in terms of noxious chemicals in it.
i dont put anything in our cars, mine does get stinky when i leave sweaty clothes in there, but airing it out and leaving the car in the sun for a bit kills off any odors.
i really dont think placing anything inside the car short of an air ionizer will actually freshen the air in the real sense of the word. if you want fragrance, maybe leaving a couple of fabric softener sheets under the seat once a week would help?
