I need some suggestions…
I am having my nikaah this december.
but still dunno what to wear…
here are some guide lines wich may help…
I am short.
so dunno if all the designs made for tall ladies will help …
I like simple stuff… not too much heavy…
colors… black,. but I am not alloud to wear that
so, deep mehrun, light purple… uh… something blue-ish…
peach color, and some others if they look nice…
full baazu..
-decent looking…
so what will be nice?
a gharara…
shalwaar kameez?
lehanghaa?
if anyone got nice designs to share… or nice examples to show…
then it would be really nice…
even if you arent shure ke sahie haye ke nahie. then you still can share it.
Wel I just got back from pakland and the hot items are gharaas and lehgnas are always in...
but the designing is a mix of banarsi material. People are using a lot of the light purple family... my personal opinion dont go with the red family save it for the ruksathi....
nikah and valima the latest trend seems to be in heavy but silver white jewelry..
I like you like the simple stuff but on such an occasion simple people who go a little heavier then usual end up looking marvelous...

Short Qameez and ghere wali shalwar. If you're fair skinned tau wear tea pink or angoori colour :o or a light kaam wala farshi ghararah, full sleeve shirt looks nice on ghararah, I had one lekin pic uR gai. You can have it designed specially for you over the net ask Akif bhai for more details.
Blood red looks great on darker ppl :)
Jewellery ka kuch bhi karo lekin a bride has to wear a nath! Lekin if you have a nice saaf suthra baRa matha, tau aik matha patti or tikka bhi chale ga.

The long shirt will make you look taller.
7th: This is a Pale moss green and muted pistachio dress made with Italian silk net and Banarsi silk. Itz a 4 piece dress. A really good choice if u want to go for a light color…elegant dress…
